牛刀小试

这部落格的开始,主要是因为想找一个地方分享这近一年来学习做蛋糕的体验。
不想用Facebook,是因为希望找到这个部落格的人,是真正对西点有兴趣的人。

不想加入外国的讨论网,是因为有关西点的中文网页实在少的可怜,得尽一分薄力。
~想用自己的方式,写自己的故事~

外表看起来,我真的是一个近厨房而远之的人。可小学的时候,我就自创了拿白土司粘打散了的鸡蛋然后放进烤箱里烤的伎俩。哇哩叻....赞!长大了以后才知道,那根本就是French Toast 嘛,不是什么了不得的发明。不过。。。这也算是有天份吧。


渐渐长大,心血来潮也喜欢在厨房里转转。可烘培这一项呢?可是需要大量的器具,材料,还有money money money (背景音乐: 学徒The Apprentice)。搬到了上海以后,有了自己的窝,还有洋葱头投资的厨房,才能放手一搏。





第一次牛刀小试的Cupcake,和一年后的现在比起来真是惨不忍睹...

my first post


I have always loved to write, ever since i was little. and i have been so inspired by this blogging thing, yet i have been too lazy to start it off. Truth is I have registered for this blog months ago, just never got around to publishing anything. so today i am going to cheat and post 2 poems that i wrote when i was in elementary school. Actually they were polished in the paper back then, my grandfather cropped it and tucked it away safely for the past 20 years.
