去年年底某一场婚礼
婚礼是由一个好朋友的公司全程策划的
所以我也顺水推舟的成了婚礼蛋糕的不二人选。

marshmallow foundant 真的不好弄
一下子就硬了，擀也擀不动，
弄得我快抓狂。
我觉得是国产的棉花糖本身软度不够，
没有棉花糖应该有的那种绵密的texture
所以做出来的foundant口感有待加强
已经囤了几袋进口的marshmallow准备下次改进
不过~进口的好贵啊~~

因为婚礼当天我也是受邀嘉宾之一
又要赶送货又要整装出席
结果请洋葱头和他的哥儿们先去帮我setup
天啊！
真的是不能要求一个男人去做女人的工作

给我排的超死板，200个全部挤在一起
还好我最后赶去看了一下
但是说实在的他们也是好心帮我的忙
只好头低低，默默地重新排排好。。。

熬夜一个晚上，我花了好久的时间才恢复。

行尸走肉般的一连懒了好几天。

上周五有2对新人要做tasting

逼得我把家私搬出来，摆阵式的放了一桌子，

开始研究怎么设计.

因为本人不是很喜欢Foundant，

所以这次主要是用buttercream 和royal icing。

10月份的新人主题颜色是白色和蓝色。

不过如果只是白底蓝花似乎闷了点，
最后用不同的蓝色做出渐变的效果。

5月的新人主题色是粉红加桃红

决定用我空运来陆的新花形。

整体来说，

花的颜色和糖霜的颜色不是很配。

糖霜里面加了天然的水果，有点果粒

看起来不够平滑，

小时候就好喜欢好喜欢HelloKitty，收集了好多她的东西。
长大以后就全部送人了，
不过再长更大就后悔了。

我的妈啊....LV 嘢!!!!!!!!!!!

本来这个礼拜五是准备好好在家chill一下，一边看我的星光大道，一边研究拍照用的cupcake decorations.

结果晚上8点多手机里传来一个短讯。。。

一个不认识的人想订Cupcakes?

(也不能说不认识啦，反正就是朋友的朋友)

抱着怀疑的态度拨了电话回去，原来是一个在 LVMH 工作的女生想送生日蛋糕给他们店里的VIP 大咖，但是又不想订普通的蛋糕，所以问问看可不可以跟我order。 她想订一打给这个VIP，再订小盒的给VIP 的5岁女儿。蛋糕要有LV 的feel但又不能有logo什么的，因为这样还得经过公司通过了才可以送 （International公司果然不一样嚄）。还有那位小女儿嘛，就一些小女孩会喜欢的就好。

我的妈啊。。。Yellow V 嘢。。。

除了Yellow V 里面那些sometimes狗眼看人低的人以外，

还有那个大咖，

还有大咖的大咖朋友们，
这是一个多么好的机会啊!

我说让我想一想再回email给她，

结果我花了6个小时用糖膏作了一个迷你LV的行李箱。然后终于在凌晨5点，把照片和我的想法email给客人。

题外话~

听说爸爸第一次去欧洲就给妈咪买了一件貂皮大衣，

还特别买了一个LV的箱子装那件保护级动物。

所以LV行李箱对我亦别具意义。

因为周六的活动早就约好了，没睡什么觉就爬起来，一整天在外面趴趴走。到了下午才借朋友的手机check email，没想到客人超爱我的行李箱，又追加了40个复活节cupcakes说要送给她下面的员工。虽然心里很担心没有时间做完，但是还是在外面吃饭聊天到晚上10点才回家。回家后又开始找复活节主题的设计材料，马不停蹄的捏，烤，涂，忙进忙出的搞到第二天下午4点。

精疲力尽~

洋葱头是一个冲动的人，

国中的时候就认识Petty，

因为讲话很嗲，觉得她做作；

因为12点钟就要回家，觉得她是个娇娇女。

昨天看到她上鲁豫有约，她讲的一席话却令我感同身受~

她说起父亲火化以后，捡古的人称赞父亲的骨头很白，应该生前身体很健康保养的很好。讲完以后却毫不犹豫地将白白的骨头敲碎了放进骨灰坛子里。

Petty说，

顿时她发现人生就是这样，

所有的东西都是身不带来，死不带去。

就连你保养的好好的骨头，死了也只是被人敲碎，塞进小小的坛子里。

她说，

Life is a process

在这个过程里面，你要不断的去经历，

以前她只想要好的，不想难过，不想伤心。

现在她觉得所有哭的，笑的，开心的，不开心的，都是人生的过程。

我爱蓬蓬裙，也爱白衬衫。但是你怎么配了一条那么distracting 的领巾，颜色那么老气，又那么蓬。还有你的hair extensions，下面那一截真的很假很稀疏。一堆乱七八糟缠绕在你的脖子周围。知道你的脸小，但是也不能这样子搞吧。

劝你把领巾拿掉，头发扎起来，再戴上现在流行的half gloves。应该会给人完全不同的感觉

星期六为了研究蛋糕的包装，到福州路和城隍庙绕了一圈买材料，
结果逛了6个小时。
腿很酸，却很HAPPY的沉浸在自己消耗的卡路里里面。


直到半夜忍不住地吃了一碗馄饨面

哇哈哈哈! 总算是踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费功夫啊!

第一次看到这个Cupcake晚宴包是在Sex and the City 电影里面Charlotte 女儿 Lily 拿着的。就是Lily 在婚礼前把 Carrie 的手机藏在包里面，结果让 Mr. Big 都找不到她。气~~


看完电影以后，我在网上找了很久都找不到这个包。结果今天在网上找复活节 Cupcake 创作的灵感，嘿嘿~ 居然让我google 到了这张照片。图上是Katy Perry 出席2008年MTV颁奖典礼。 光拿这个包就觉得奢华，因为这个包呢。。。要价$4295!!!! 只可惜跟她身上那么hard edge的衣服实在不是很配。

我的第一瓶洁肤液是婶婶给的，好像是香港特价买了两瓶就拿了一瓶给我。那时候我都已经25岁了哦，居然还不知道有这款玩艺儿。以前看电视上的广告“妇洁~妇妇妇洁~舒服又清洁~”总以为那是治病用的，正常人用不到的东西。读了包装上面的说明才知道，原来这也是女人必需保养的一种。

只能说当女人真是~累！

Leis Cosmatics生物纤维面膜

这是朋友拿给我试用的，一次拿了好几包来。但是前一阵子实在是太懒了，几乎没有在保养的拉。

后来被另一个朋友激励了我的战斗力。这女人去了台湾工作2个礼拜回来就骄傲的勒，一付保养达人的样子。ㄘㄟ(2声）! 老娘我可是脸蛋晶莹剔透出了名的，去看限制级的电影还被人家check ID 的说。

哼~~ 尘封案底的面膜全拿出来。 每天早上洗完澡以后就敷上，然后煮咖啡，弄早餐，换衣服，十分钟之后撕掉擦保养品出门。 特别推荐 Les Cosmatics 因为它超薄敷起来就像第二层肌肤一样，走来走去连换衣服也不会掉下来。 不像其他牌子的一次性面膜超厚，一定要躺着敷。 台湾卖3片NTD700，不过不知道上海有没有。。。

至于为什么要早上敷脸呢?

永远的巨星华仔说：要坚持早上泡澡/敷脸/美容。因为这些事情如果等到晚上才做，然后就马上上床睡觉觉，那就没有人能看到你洗完澡敷完脸以后干干净净，容光焕发的样子了。 这样太可惜，也太浪费保养品。
我只能说：同意!
